Day 75 – Laughter is Good Medicine

I may be forty-six years old, but I’ve still got a very active sense of humor. The Bible says that laughter is good medicine for the heart. I believe it!

Laughter is one of God’s greatest gifts to us. It allows us to release the stress and worry of the day. There is something healing about it.

That’s why I enjoy when my friends send me websites that they know would crack me up.

As an iPhone owner, I am all-too-aware of the problems the autocorrect feature can bring about. Things you meant to say can come out in tremendously different, and often hilarious, text messages.

It turns out that someone found a way to profit from this by creating a website of screen shots from text messages gone awry. It’s called DamnYouAutoCorrect.com, and it is one very funny screen shot after another.

Warning! Many of the text dialogues are laden with profanity. If you are easily offended, do not visit this site. But if your sensibilities are such that you can take the language in its context, I think you will agree that this site is a riot.

Today, I am so thankful for laughter…. good medicine, indeed. :-)

Thanks for your tips. One thing I’ve got noticed is the fact that banks and financial institutions are aware of the spending behaviors of consumers plus understand that plenty of people max away their real credit cards around the breaks. They wisely take advantage of that fact and start flooding your current inbox and snail-mail box together with hundreds of no-interest APR credit cards offers shortly when the holiday season comes to an end. Knowing that in case you are like 98% in the American community, you’ll soar at the one opportunity to consolidate credit debt and transfer balances towards 0 rate credit cards.

  3. Greetings. I think there’s some thing wrong with your RSS. I hope you’ll be able to fix it!
